	Customer support is offered to users of registered DOFSoft products. Please try to send emails to DOFSoft from the same address you used during your order. If you cannot, please include that address you used during order in the top of the email. Users of DOFSoft trial versions must send your questions, reports, or ideas to instead of the addresses mentioned below. There is no support whatsoever for DOFSoft Freeware.      Before contacting DOFSoft's customer support, please refer to your applications documentation and FAQ. Many questions can be answered appropriately there. IF you have already referred to the documentation and FAQ, and still have questions, then feel free to contact us using the appropriate email address below. Bug Reports: Submitting a bug report in the proper format allows to categorize and process the report appropriately. Please keep the subject short, and including the words "Bug Report For" followed by the applications name. General Usage Questions: Questions about general usage of a DOFSoft application, please include the applications name in the subject of your email so we can forward it to the appropriate persons.

DOFSoft is always considering new web sites to advertise and offer its products. If you are a webmaster who can offer hosting for PCMaid's setup installer, then we will consider your site for a mirror link within the drop down menu on PCMaid's product page.
